Job summary

CARTERS Whitianga Branch is seeking a Trade Sales Support person to be the vital link between our trade customers, Account Managers and the wider branch, ensuring orders are placed and queries resolved so every customer enjoys a great experience.

You will process orders, follow up back orders, recommend suitable products, prepare and load orders, and maintain accurate sales records while building lasting relationships with our customers.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, prioritise and deliver outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; confidently engage with people at all levels.
• A team player who contributes positively to a collaborative environment.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with technology.
• Possibly from an EA/PA background; able to juggle priorities accurately.
• Previous experience in customer service or a sales-related role.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and quickly resolve issues.
• Follow up on back orders to ensure tracking and fulfilment.
• Provide outstanding service by recommending suitable products and completing sales documentation accurately.

Our CARTERS Whitianga Branch is looking for a Trade Sales Support person to be the vital link between our trade customers, Account Managers, and the wider branch - making sure orders are placed, queries are sorted, and every customer walks away with a great experience.

• Process customer orders accurately and quickly resolve any issues to keep customers satisfied
• Follow up on back orders to ensure full tracking and fulfilment
• Provide outstanding customer service by recommending suitable products, preparing and loading orders, and completing sales documentation accurately
• Keeping order records accurate whilst building genuine, long-term relationships with our customers
• Supporting our Account Managers and wider team with customer queries, orders and information

About You
