Job summary

RealNZ, based in Queenstown, seeks a Sales Manager for New Zealand, Australia & India to grow trade partnerships and champion its brands across diverse experiences. You'll lead strategic account management, develop in-market strategies, and strengthen relationships with agents, wholesalers and tourism partners to drive sales while sharing RealNZ's conservation story.

Qualifications

Proven success in sales, account management or business development.
Strong relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills.
A commercial mindset with the ability to spot opportunities and deliver results.
Confidence working independently, managing priorities and driving initiatives forward.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A passion for tourism, customer experiences and the outdoors.

Responsibilities

Lead trade sales activity across New Zealand, Australia and India and manage key accounts.
Identify and secure new business opportunities across RealNZ brands including Cardrona and Treble Cone.
Work with agents, wholesalers, tourism bodies and internal teams to grow awareness and drive sales.
