Job summary

RealNZ is seeking a Sales Manager for MICE to drive revenue growth in events, business meetings and weddings. Based in Queenstown, you’ll lead a high-performing team, pursue new opportunities and manage key accounts while representing RealNZ across New Zealand and Australia.

You will shape processes and ensure every event delivers exceptional guest experiences, contributing to the division’s ambitious growth plans.
