Job summary

RealNZ seeks a dynamic, engaging team member to welcome guests at Te Anau & Manapouri Visitor Centres. This role blends top-tier customer service with selling Fiordland adventures, guiding guests from inquiry to booking and coordinating check-ins for day and overnight trips.

You will identify sales opportunities, inspire guests to experience our must-see adventures, and ensure smooth operations by managing passenger manifests and collaborating with the operations team.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a high-performance sales environment.
• Confident and engaging communicator.
• Knowledge of Fiordland, Rakiura, and Queenstown regions.
• Experience with reservation systems.

We're in search of a dynamic and engaging individual to become the welcoming face of our vibrant Te Anau & Manapouri Visitor Centres. Your role is the gateway to the heart of Fiordland, combining top-tier customer service with the art of inspiring our guests to embark on our 'must-see' and 'must-experience' adventures, infusing every interaction with a touch of passion.

You’ll also work closely with our operations team to ensure smooth check-ins for day and overnight trips departing from Manapouri. If you're ready to merge your sales expertise with the enchantment of Fiordland, join us in crafting unforgettable experiences.

In this role, you will identify and create sales opportunities, making the most of each one to deliver exceptional results.
