Job summary

Wesfarmers Industrial & Safety in Avondale is seeking a motivated Trade Centre Supervisor to lead daily operations at the Avondale Trade Centre, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and drive branch commercial performance. Qualifications

• Experience in retail, trade sales, customer service or similar customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Trade Centre Manager to achieve and exceed branch sales targets, KPIs, and budget objectives.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales, increase customer engagement, and improve branch performance.
• Lead by example by delivering exceptional customer service and building strong customer relationships.
• Influence positive outcomes through collaboration, initiative, and a solutions-focused approach.
• Coordinate daily branch activities to ensure customer requirements are delivered accurately and on time.
• Assist with inventory management, stock control, stock takes, and inwards goods processes.
• Support branch administration, including invoices, banking, stock receipts, purchase orders, credits, and point-of-sale transactions.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and branch presentation.
• Undertake manual handling tasks and support operational activities as required.
• Work collaboratively with Account Managers and internal stakeholders to maximise customer opportunities and branch growth.
