Job summary

Bunnings is seeking an experienced Trade Centre Coordinator/Leader for our Avondale Trade Centre. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales and handle high-volume stock, reporting to the Trade Centre Manager.

You’ll lead a team of 5+ with support from fellow Coordinators and store colleagues. You will recruit, train and develop team members, manage P&L, and act on customer feedback to improve the end-to-end experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large teams with focus on Health & Safety.
• Strong understanding of high volume stock management.
• Ability to develop and coach team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing daily operations and sales at the Trade Centre.
• Manage high-volume stock and P&L responsibilities.
• Recruit, train and develop new team members and collaborate with internal teams.
