Job summary

Tranzit Tours in New Zealand seeks an experienced Tour Team Leader to deliver end-to-end tour experiences for clients. You will plan and organise exciting tours for new and returning clients, and work with the Tour Manager to lead our team.

The role requires passion for NZ travel, strong communication, and willingness to travel and lead tours. Based at our Masterton office, you will contribute to a busy, friendly team and positive customer experiences.

At Tranzit Tours, our guided tour packages are uniquely crafted for the active senior market. We pride ourselves on creating seamless tours and un-forgettable memories. As Tour Team Leader, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional end to end tour experiences for our clients.

Our tours team is currently a busy and passionate team of three. We are looking for an experienced team leader to join our tour team to collaborate on fresh ideas and assist in growing our business.

The role:

• Competently plan and organise exciting tours for our new and returning clients,
• Work alongside our Tour Manager and lead our fun hard-working team to provide the highest level of customer service and a seamless experience for our clients,
• Lead our tour groups on exciting adventures, which keep them returning time and time again.

We are looking for:

• Experience and enthusiasm in the tourism industry with proven experience in a similar role,
• Knowledge and passion for our beautiful country to share with our customers,
• A kind manner and excellent communicator who enjoys meeting new people,
• Client oriented and tech savvy, with a high regard for responsibility and a motivation to exceed expectations,
• The flexibility to work away from home and lead our tours,
