Qualifications

• Hold a Class 2 or Class 4 licence, or be willing to upskill with our support.
• Be willing and confident to drive when required.
• Willingness to obtain your P endorsement (we can support you with this)
• Experience in operations, fleet, administration or customer service, ideally in transport or passenger services.
• Strong communication with drivers, customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Organised, proactive and able to juggle priorities.
• Proficient with systems; Excel skills are a bonus.
• Positive, team‑focused attitude.

We are looking for a practical, hands‑on Operations Coordinator to support our Tranzit Coachlines Wellington team.

Our busy operation covers school, charter, tour and cruise services, so we need someone who can think on their feet and keep things moving.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, can build strong relationships with drivers and customers, and is confident supporting fleet coordination, servicing and maintenance in a fast‑paced operation. Work hours can vary, with after‑hours support required when needed.

The Role
