Job summary

Starship Child Health is seeking a Toiora Manager to lead wellbeing and workforce development initiatives across the organisation. You will drive mātauranga Māori approaches, foster strategic partnerships, and oversee a programme that strengthens the capability and culture of our kaimahi serving mokopuna and whānau.

  • Experience applying mātauranga Māori concepts within organisations.
  • Ability to engage diverse stakeholders and inspire teams.

Responsibilities

  • Champion wellbeing and workforce development as a core priority for mokopuna and whānau.
  • Lead design and delivery of a workplace environment prioritising development and safety.
  • Establish relationships and measure Toiora efficacy against strategic priorities.
  • Oversee workforce trends, data, and strategy refinement for a healthy workforce.
  • Build partnerships with communities and internal teams to co-design solutions.
  • Advocate for systems change to eliminate inequities and racism.
