Situated within TamaAriki Ora, Starships Māori Leadership Office, this role works closely with senior leaders and teams across Starship to guide the continued evolution of the programme. The role requires someone with the experience and capability to apply and upholdmātauranga Māori approaches to workforce development and wellbeing, while supporting practical systems and initiatives that strengthen the workforce across Starship Child Health.
As the Toiora Manager, you will lead the implementation and ongoing development of the Toiora campaign, supporting the growth of a workforce that is well, culturally capable and dedicated to the privilege of serving our mokopuna and their whānau. Building on the foundations already established, you will foster meaningful relationships internally and externally to Starship, influence and inspire leaders across services, and support the operationalisation of Toiora. Under your leadership, grounded in the kauae runga, kauae rara knowledge systems that underpin the kaupapa, a plethora of opportunities will be offered to strengthen and advance the wellbeing and development of our workforce across Starship Child Health.
