Provide high-quality administrative and coordination support to senior Māori leaders and TamaAriki Ora. Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is firmly grounded in the principles and obligations of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and is committed to building a health system that serves all New Zealanders. We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Administration Support professional to join TamaAriki Ora, Starships Māori Leadership Office. This role provides high quality administrative and coordination support to TamaAriki Ora, helping ensure the office is organised, connected, responsive and operating effectively. You will play an important role in maintaining the internal rhythm of TamaAriki Ora, supporting communications, maintaining systems and processes, and contributing to effective service delivery. This is a varied role requiring someone who is proactive, organised and able to anticipate what is needed, manage competing priorities and work with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
