Job summary

Evolution Healthcare seeks a Theatre Services Manager for Royston Hospital in Hawke's Bay. You will provide strategic and operational leadership across perioperative services, balancing clinical excellence with strong operational and commercial performance.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will influence patient outcomes, workforce capability, theatre performance and service growth within a private hospital setting.

Lead one of New Zealand's premier private perioperative services and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of surgical care in Hawke's Bay.

As Theatre Services Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across our perioperative services, balancing clinical excellence with strong operational and commercial performance. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role offers the opportunity to influence patient outcomes, workforce capability, theatre performance and service growth within a highly respected private hospital environment.

You’ll work closely with surgeons, anaesthetists and multidisciplinary teams to optimise theatre utilisation, enhance patient experiences and lead a culture of continuous improvement, accountability and excellence.
