Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora in Timaru is seeking an experienced Theatre Co-ordinator to join our peri-operative team. You will oversee the day-to-day coordination of the Operating Theatres and Recovery Suite, manage the theatre roster, and ensure multidisciplinary collaboration to deliver safe, high-quality care.

Ideally you'll have prior experience in a team coordinating role and strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

• Peri-operative experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of the Operating Theatres and Recovery Suite.
• Maintain the Theatre roster and allocate resources.
• Oversee clinical practice and ensure multi-disciplinary involvement in peri-operative care.
• Lead and support a team to deliver high-quality peri-operative services.
