Job summary

Laminex is seeking a Sales Business Partner to own a key Canterbury territory, including Christchurch and broader region. You will manage joinery and merchant customers, leveraging data insights to grow the portfolio and strengthen relationships.

In this autonomous, high-performing role, you will use Salesforce and other data tools to plan activities, monitor performance, and secure new opportunities while collaborating with internal teams for exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen partnerships across an established portfolio of joiners, merchants and trade customers, driving customer loyalty and business growth.
• Execute structured sales plans and account growth strategies.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the territory.
• Utilise Salesforce and customer data to plan and execute meaningful customer interactions, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for growth
• Partner with customers to understand their business, challenges and future opportunities.
• Participate in trade events, customer functions, Master Joiners events, trade breakfasts and industry networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers receive exceptional service and support.
