Job summary

Latitude Financial Services in New Zealand seeks an Area Manager to strengthen retailer relationships and drive sales performance across a territory. You will coach stores, implement compliant finance practices, and ensure partners are equipped to deliver exceptional customer experience.

You will lead training, monitor store KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise finance penetration, conversions, and overall commercial results.

Qualifications

• Experience in partner management, enablement, operations or commercial support within retail or financial services.
• Strong understanding of POS finance processes including onboarding, pricing, applications and settlements.
• High level of organisational discipline with large partner portfolios.
• Experience with CRM and contract/order management systems, focusing on data integrity.
• Proven ability to deliver compliance-led activity such as training and governance inputs.
• Capability in coordinating promotional campaigns and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with regional store managers, owners and sales teams.
• Deliver a structured training framework to lift product confidence and responsible finance behaviours.
• Drive sales growth by partnering with retail teams and identifying opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends and implement actions to improve approvals and attach rates.
• Provide responsive servicing, troubleshoot queries and maintain strong internal communication.
• Lead territory reporting and prioritize actions using data-led insights.
