Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Telecoms Sales Manager to lead sales in Queenstown and surrounding areas, overseeing a team and driving revenue growth across industrial and enterprise telecom solutions. The role blends strategy, field activity, and client engagement.

You will mentor sales reps, develop strategies, analyze market trends, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to stay ahead in a competitive market. Hybrid work model with travel within the region is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
5+ years of telecom sales experience with proven management success.
Ability to lead and inspire a sales team.
Deep knowledge of telecommunications products and enterprise solutions.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Proficient with CRM software and hybrid work requiring travel.
