We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Technical Support Officer to help support the smooth delivery of licensing, consenting, monitoring, bylaw and RMA compliance services.
This role provides support in the delivery of statutory licensing, consenting, monitoring, Bylaw and RMA compliance matters.
The position works closely with customers and officers to ensure the efficient delivery of compliances services and administrative activities.
The ability to build positive relationships, thrive in a busy environment and proactively manage competing priorities is required.
