Job summary

The candidate will apply foundational principles to assignments, develop practical knowledge, and support a team with information, analysis, and recommendations. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and basic technical exposure.
• 0-1 year of experience in relevant technologies or customer environments.
• Relevant industry qualification where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical issues (hardware and software) from end users.
• Answer service, product, and customer-relations questions on features, specs and repairs.
• Resolve problems via telephone and e-support.
• Document case summaries and add to Knowledge Management System.
• Proactively assist customers to avoid issues.
• Represent the company at customer sites, conferences, or meetings.
• Engage team members to meet SLA demands.
• Partner with Sales Pursuit team as needed.
