Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for customers, providing technical support and resolving issues.
• Manage customer orders end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Coordinate with sales and logistics teams for order fulfilment.
