Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience bridging manufacturers and installers in the solar sector.
- Strong knowledge of inverter topologies (grid-tied, hybrid, LED off-grid not required).
- Ability to translate technical specs into actionable guidance for field technicians.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical conduit between manufacturers and installers.
- Troubleshoot complex issues on-site or remotely to minimise downtime.
- Translate technical specs into practical advice for field technicians.
- Act as the bridge between manufacturer and installer for technical alignment.
- Collect regional feedback and report to engineering teams.
- Advise on C&I solar system designs for compatibility and performance.
- Provide technical project management oversight during commissioning.
