Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in technical delivery, systems design, or infrastructure engineering.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex technical solutions.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, automation, networking, or software stacks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, standards-compliant technical solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and squads to align on enterprise architecture and security.
• Conduct deep-dive root cause analysis and drive sustainable fixes.
• Mentor engineers and uplift technical capability within the team.
• Ensure operational readiness via documentation and QA across the lifecycle.
