Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in technical delivery, systems design, or infrastructure engineering.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex technical solutions.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, automation, networking, or software stacks.

Responsibilities

In this senior role, you'll be responsible for delivering robust, scalable, and high-quality technical solutions that meet architectural, security, and operational standards. You'll lead detailed design efforts, oversee as-built documentation, and champion quality assurance across the solution lifecycle.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, supportable, and standards-compliant technical solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and delivery squads to align on enterprise architecture and security frameworks.
• Conduct deep-dive root cause analysis and drive sustainable fixes across systems and teams.
• Mentor engineers, uplift technical capability, and promote a collaborative engineering culture.
• Ensure operational readiness through accurate documentation and proactive quality assurance.
