Job summary

Datacom is seeking a Senior Solution Specialist to design, build, and support end-to-end Microsoft 365 solutions, strengthening collaboration, information management, and productivity. You will consult on Copilot adoption, identify practical use cases, and develop custom agents to improve business processes.

You’ll lead workshops and workshops, guiding customers through secure and effective adoption while delivering high-quality consulting experiences across New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Proven ICT consultant experience in professional services.
• Extensive designs and deployments using M365, Power Apps, Power Automate.
• Experience migrating content into Microsoft 365 from legacy platforms.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills for workshops.
• Translate complex problems into practical M365 solutions.
• Experience with enterprise information architectures and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead with co-design to consult, advise, analyze and recommend.
• Deliver customer presentations, product demos and workshops.
• Gather, translate and document business requirements and designs.
• Provide technical leadership for M365 environments and Power Platform.
• Build and deploy solutions within M365 including SharePoint Online and Teams.
• Lead migration projects to SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Advise on Copilot adoption, readiness and governance.
• Design and deploy Copilot Studio agents and integrate with workflows.
• Coaching and training to build customer capability and knowledge transfer.
