Job summary

Metro Performance Glass is seeking a confident and curious Customer Services person to learn the technical side of the business and build genuine relationships with customers. You will work at the centre of customer relationships, coordinating with internal teams to keep orders moving and deadlines met.

The ideal candidate learns quickly, asks questions, and is able to manage multiple priorities under pressure while delivering accurate, helpful service.

Qualifications

• No experience required
• Customer service or customer-facing experience is an advantage
• Learns quickly and asks questions to understand how things work
• Able to absorb technical information and apply it in practice
• Keeps customers informed and follows through on requests
