DuluxGroup is seeking a commercially driven Technical Sales Representative to join our Specialised Construction Products (SCP) team for the lower South Island (Oamaru – Dunedin – Queenstown). The role can be based in Queenstown or Dunedin and starts in January, focusing on exterior plaster and cladding systems.

You will build strong relationships with architects, designers and contractors, identify specification opportunities, and balance new business with growing existing accounts while

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience and ability to grow customer relationships.
• Proactive, commercially minded with a drive to win new business.
• Experience in construction, plastering, cladding, coatings or related products.
• Strong communication, networking and stakeholder management skills.
• Consultative mindset with ability to learn and apply technical product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales and specification opportunities across the Central Otago region.
• Build relationships with architects, builders, contractors and plasterers.
