Job summary

Dulux ANZ is seeking a commercially driven Technical Sales Representative to join our Specialised Construction Products team, servicing the lower South Island region (Omaru - Dunedin - Queenstown). This role involves working with architects, designers, builders and plasterers to specification and deliver exterior plaster and cladding systems.

You will build and manage relationships, win new business and provide technical support, with a focus on specification opportunities and customer

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience building and growing customer relationships (builders, architects, plasterers).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across multiple teams.
• Proactive, commercially minded with a win-new-business mindset.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales and specification opportunities across the Central Otago region.
• Build relationships with architects, builders, contractors and plasterers.
• Win new business while managing and developing existing accounts.
• Provide technical advice, training and project support.
• Drive market presence through customer engagement and networking.
