DuluxGroup Ltd. is seeking a commercially driven Technical Sales Representative to join the Specialised Construction Products (SCP) team in the Bay of Plenty. You will work with architects, designers, builders, contractors, plasterers and key construction stakeholders to grow specification opportunities and market share.

The role focuses on exterior plaster and cladding systems, with a strong emphasis on technical support, customer advocacy and relationship management. January start anticipated.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with a track record of growing accounts.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with architects, builders and contractors.
• Good communication and networking skills; consultative approach for technical products.

Responsabilités

• Identify specification opportunities and grow market share in Bay of Plenty.
• Support customers with technical expertise on exterior plaster and cladding systems.
• Develop existing accounts while winning new business with architects, specifiers and contractors.
• Provide training and project support to ensure successful system specification and delivery.
