Specialised Construction Products, part of DuluxGroup Ltd., is seeking a commercially driven Technical Sales Representative to service the Bay of Plenty. You’ll partner with architects, designers, builders and plasterers, growing specification opportunities and promoting exterior plaster and cladding systems.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, technical support and achieving sales growth in a fast-growing region. January start and ongoing career development are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in a commercial environment
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Experience in construction, plastering, cladding, coatings or related building products
• Ability to manage stakeholders and build relationships with architects and contractors
• Consultative, solution-focused mindset with technical product knowledge

Responsibilities

• Identify specification opportunities and grow market share in the Bay of Plenty
• Build relationships with architects, builders, contractors and plasterers
• Win new business while developing existing accounts
• Provide technical advice, training and project support
• Drive market presence through customer engagement and networking
