Specialised Construction Products is seeking a commercially driven Technical Sales Representative to service the Bay of Plenty, working with architects, designers, builders and contractors to promote exterior plaster and cladding systems.

This role combines sales and technical solution delivery, building specification opportunities and growing market share across a fast-growing region, with strong emphasis on relationships and project success.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with ability to grow customer relationships.
• Experience in construction, plastering, cladding, coatings or related products.
• Strong communication, networking and stakeholder management skills.
• Consultative, solution-focused mindset with ability to apply technical product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Identify specification opportunities and grow market share in Bay of Plenty.
• Support customers with technical expertise across our product range.
• Balance winning new business with developing existing accounts.
• Collaborate with architects, specifiers and contractors to ensure specs are met and delivered.
• Provide training and project support to customers.
• Drive market presence through customer engagement and networking.
