Lyra Technology Group’s The I.T Team seeks a Technical Compliance Lead to join Christchurch based operations, driving security, compliance, and operational excellence across managed environments. You will lead the Compliance function, guiding SOC and NOC activities, coordinate incidents, and mentor the team in a collaborative MSP.

This senior role blends technical strategy with hands-on problem solving, focusing on standards, automation, and secure client outcomes while advancing tooling

Qualifications

• Senior technical professional with MSP experience.
• Practical Microsoft identity, CA and Defender technologies experience.
• Experience managing security incidents, vulnerabilities, patching, and compliance initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate security, compliance, monitoring, and operational activities across the Compliance function.
• Act as the senior escalation point for complex security, compliance, and operational incidents.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, automation opportunities, and service enhancements.
• Develop and maintain technical standards, processes, and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver secure and compliant technology outcomes.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices across the business.
• Contribute to risk management, reporting, and ongoing improvement of security posture.
