You will lead security, compliance, and operational improvements across managed environments, acting as the senior escalation point for complex incidents and coordinating responses with stakeholders. The role combines technical strategy with hands-on problem solving in a collaborative MSP setting, driving automation and reporting to strengthen the security posture across a diverse client

Qualifikationen

• Senior technical lead with MSP experience.
• Hands-on Microsoft Defender, identity and CA.
• Experience incident response, patching, and compliance.
• Experience operating monitoring, security tooling.
• Strong analysis, communication, and mentoring.

Aufgaben

• Lead security, compliance, monitoring, and operations across the Compliance function.
• Senior escalation point for complex security, compliance, and operational incidents.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation opportunities, and service enhancements.
• Develop and maintain technical standards, processes, and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver secure and compliant technology outcomes.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices across the business.
• Contribute to risk management, reporting, and ongoing improvement of security posture.
