ACC in Wellington is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to identify, analyse and translate business needs into effective technology solutions, working across business and technical teams to support project delivery. Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst role within a complex IT environment.
• Strong requirements gathering, business analysis and process mapping experience.
• Experience analysing and documenting API requirements, integrations, data flows and system interactions, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business requirements.
• Good working knowledge of modern integration patterns, API technologies and system interface design.
• Experience creating and documenting modern, fast and highly scalable API specifications that grow and evolve continuously in a resilient and secure ecosystem.
• Experience documenting functional and non-functional requirements and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of systems architecture, system interfaces and technology integration approaches.
• Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex information.
• A passion for exploring and applying new technologies and approaches to solve business problems and improve outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working with project delivery methodologies and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel.
