Job summary

ACC is seeking a Manager, Business Intelligence in Wellington to lead the BI practice, set priorities, and develop a high-performing team. You will translate organisational strategy into BI capabilities and collaborate with Data Engineering to deliver modern BI architecture and self-service reporting.

The appointment salary ranges from NZD 138,301 to NZD 178,978, reflecting experience and scale. ACC offers comprehensive benefits including a 9% superannuation contribution and insurance options.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading BI teams in large, complex organisations.
• Ability to translate strategic priorities into BI capability priorities.
• Strong leadership and coaching experience to build high-performing teams.
• Deep knowledge of BI architecture, semantic modelling and enterprise reporting.
• Experience partnering with Data Engineering and Data Architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead ACC's BI practice and develop the talent within the team.
• Translate strategy into clear BI priorities and capabilities.
• Partner with Data Engineering and stakeholders to evolve BI architecture and reporting.
• Coach, mentor and drive continuous improvement across BI standards and practices.
