Job summary

ACC New Zealand is seeking a Technical Business Analyst in Wellington for a fixed-term role through 30 June 2027. You will identify and translate business needs into technology solutions, analyse requirements, map processes, design solutions, and document API requirements and system integrations to support projects that keep New Zealand workers safe.

Qualifications

4+ years in a Technical Business Analyst role within a complex IT environment.
Strong requirements gathering, business analysis and process mapping experience.
Experience analysing and documenting API requirements, integrations, data flows and system interactions; translate technical concepts into business requirements.
Good working knowledge of modern integration patterns, API technologies and system interface design.
Experience creating and documenting modern, fast and scalable API specifications that evolve in a secure ecosystem.
Experience documenting functional and non-functional requirements and technical specifications.
Knowledge of systems architecture, interfaces and technology integration approaches.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
