This role suits someone with genuine trade experience—ex-plumber or builder—who understands installations and can translate knowledge into practical support for customers, installers, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on trade experience essential — ex-plumber, builder, or similar.
• Strong troubleshooting mindset with the ability to diagnose issues clearly.
• Computer literate and keen to learn new computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve product faults, providing clear technical guidance to customers, installers, plumbers, and internal teams.
• Assist installers and plumbers with technical questions relating to installation, fittings, and product specifications.
• Understand and support end-to-end warranty claims process, coordinating with suppliers on returns, replacements, credits, and root-cause feedback.
• Be a confident face of Newtech for customers, including on-site visits when needed.
