Gallagher is seeking a Customer Services Technician to provide Tier 1 technical support to customers in New Zealand, primarily by phone and email. You’ll troubleshoot software and hardware, advise on products, and escalate complex problems to specialists while building hands-on knowledge of Gallagher solutions.

The role is office-based in Hamilton with one work-from-home day per week, 8:30am–5:00pm, and an opportunity to grow through ongoing development and career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience providing technical or customer support.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Sound knowledge of electronic technology (hardware and software).
• High level of computer literacy (CRM/ERP, Office).
• SQL knowledge is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Provide Tier 1 technical support by phone and email.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues for customers.
• Diagnose issues and perform root-cause analysis to deliver solutions.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
• Document support requests clearly in CRM systems.
• Build knowledge across Gallagher products and systems.
