Job summary

Noel Leeming in Auckland is seeking a capable 3IC / Sales Consultant to support the store’s management team and drive sales. You will provide product advice, education, and live demonstrations to customers, helping shoppers choose the right tech and appliances.

Hours Of Work

• Monday 8:00am - 5:45pm
• Tuesday 8:00am - 6:00pm
• Wednesday 8:00am - 5:45pm
• Saturday 8:15am - 5:30pm
• Sunday 8:15am - 5:00pm

What you will be doing?

Providing product advice, education, and demonstrations to our customers is a big part of this role and providing crucial support in the store's management team. As a 3IC / Sales Consultant you will be responsible, in part, for driving your team to achieve sales success. You will also be responsible for the supervision of team members as directed and in the absence of the Store Manager, giving you the opportunity to develop your natural leadership skills in a retail environment.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you must be driven to achieve sales and profit targets - both your own and the team targets. The ability to engage your team to reach their own goals at their full potential must be something that comes easily to you! Your energy and exceptional communication skills, along with an attitude that is second to none will see you shine in this vital team role.
