Job summary
The Warehouse Group is seeking an On-Site Tech Solutions Specialist for the St Luke's Noel Leeming store in Auckland. You will deliver live demos, provide expert advice, and assist customers with product selection, installation and aftercare.
This role runs Friday to Tuesday, 45 hours per week in a dynamic retail tech environment. Ideal candidates are tech-loving, customer focused and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot problems to enhance the overall
Qualifications
- Experience installing and setting up technology (WiFi, TV, PC, Audio) with training provided.
- Proven customer-facing experience with strong communication and a positive attitude.
- Ability to undertake heavy lifting, climb ladders and stand for long periods.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end service with live demonstrations, advice and support.
- Install, deliver and set up purchases for customers in-store.
- Troubleshoot issues on-site and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Deliver proactive, 'get it done' attitude to improve the customer journey.

This position will be based out of our St Luke's Noel Leeming store, working Friday - Tuesday, 45 hours per week.
Being a field based role, it will be essential for you to have a full clean New Zealand Drivers license to have the ability to operate one of our company vehicles. You must also be entitled to legally work in New Zealand without any restrictions, for at least 24+ months.
Ideally you will have:
- Experience with installing and setting up technology (WIFI, TV, PC and Audio) but training will be provided to the right candidate
- Proven experience in a customer facing role, excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- The ability to undertake heavy lifting, climb ladders and be on your feet for long periods of time.
Any of the following would be great too but can be learned…
- Apple OS/IOS knowledge
- Experience in school, enterprise or SME IT support roles
- Device management Knowledge
- Software knowledge - Jamf, Google admin and/or Microsoft admin
