Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to help customers.
• Able to lift heavy items, climb ladders and stand for long periods.
• Interest in technology and quick learner of computer systems.
• Experience using a point of sales system is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers at the counter with questions about payments, such as hire purchases and credit applications.
• Helping with service repairs and sales inquiries.
• Proactively addressing and resolving customer concerns.
• Supporting administrative tasks.
