Kennards Self Storage in Hawke's Bay/Napier is seeking a Team Support Manager to assist across three centres, with a fourth opening this December. This part-time role offers two days per week initially, with potential for additional hours during leave periods.

You will deliver exceptional customer service across in-store, phone and online channels while helping the team reach sales targets and maintain strong presentation across locations.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

An exciting opportunity now exists for a Team Support Manager to join our Hawke's Bay team, providing support across our three existing centres with a fourth location opening this December.

This Part Time role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, values flexibility and is happy working across different locations. You will work a minimum of two days per week in a support capacity with the opportunity for additional hours to cover planned team leave as required.

As part of Kennards Self Storage, a privately owned family business and recognised market leader, you'll deliver exceptional customer service across in-store, phone and online enquiries while maintaining high presentation standards and helping the team achieve sales targets.

As the successful applicant, you will have the following attributes:

This role will have minimum 2 days ( 15 hours ) each week, increasing up to 5 days in a particular weeks depending on the requirements of the business with notice. If you can be flexible to work extra but not be committed to always working full time, this role could be for you!
