Job summary

Kennards Self Storage Hawke's Bay is seeking a part-time Team Support Manager to support our three centres with a fourth opening in December. The role is two days per week (15 hours) with potential for additional hours to cover leave and busy periods, across locations in the North Island.

You will deliver excellent customer service, help the team meet sales targets and maintain high presentation standards while being flexible and self-motivated.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service essential.
• Ability to cover rosters across locations with notice.
• Demonstrated reliability and a positive, proactive mindset.

Job Description:

An exciting opportunity now exists for a Team Support Manager to join our Hawke's Bay team, providing support across our three existing centres with a fourth location opening this December.

This Part Time role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, values flexibility and is happy working across different locations. You will work a minimum of two days per week in a support capacity with the opportunity for additional hours to cover planned team leave as required.

As part of Kennards Self Storage, a privately owned family business and recognised market leader, you'll deliver exceptional customer service across in-store, phone and online enquiries while maintaining high presentation standards and helping the team achieve sales targets.

As the successful applicant, you will have the following attributes:

This role will have minimum 2 days ( 15 hours ) each week, increasing up to 5 days in a particular weeks depending on the requirements of the business with notice.
