Job summary

Kennards Self Storage Hawke's Bay is seeking a Team Support Manager to provide frontline support across our three existing centres, with a fourth opening this December.

The part-time role (minimum two days per week, ~15 hours) offers flexibility across locations, with extra hours to cover planned leave. You will deliver excellent customer service in-store, over the phone and online while helping the team meet sales targets.

• Sales experience and strong customer service skills.
• Stable work history and reliability.
• Ability to cover rosters across the North Island with notice.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Team player and autonomous when needed.

Job Description

An exciting opportunity now exists for a Team Support Manager to join our Hawke's Bay team, providing support across our three existing centres with a fourth location opening this December.

This Part Time role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, values flexibility and is happy working across different locations. You will work a minimum of two days per week in a support capacity with the opportunity for additional hours to cover planned team leave as required.

As part of Kennards Self Storage, a privately owned family business and recognised market leader, you'll deliver exceptional customer service across in-store, phone and online enquiries while maintaining high presentation standards and helping the team achieve sales targets.

As the successful applicant, you will have the following attributes:

• Have sales experience and ability
• Has a stable work history
• An ability to cover rosters around the North Island with some notice
• Have a 'can do' constructive attitude
• Has great face to face customer service skills
• Be self motivated and possess the desire for self development
• Have the ability to work autonomously when required
• Be a team player

This role will have minimum 2 days ( 15 hours ) each week, increasing up to 5 days in a particular weeks depending on the requirements of the business with notice. If you can be flexible to work extra but not be committed to always working full time, this role could be for you!
