Job summary

Kennards Self Storage in Hawke's Bay/Napier is seeking a Team Support Manager to assist across three centres, with a fourth opening this December. This part-time role offers two days per week initially, with potential for additional hours during leave periods.

You will deliver exceptional customer service across in-store, phone and online channels while helping the team reach sales targets and maintain strong presentation across locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide support across three existing Kennards Self Storage centres with a fourth opening in December
• Deliver excellent customer service in-store, on the phone and online
• Maintain high presentation standards and help the team hit sales targets
• Cover rosters across locations across the North Island with notice
• Be flexible to work across locations as required
• Support training and development for the team
