Mitre 10 MEGA Westgate is seeking a confident, customer-focused Team Member for our Kitchen and Bathroom Showrooms. This fixed-term contract role is in Auckland, NZ, with 40 hours per week and a Sunday-Thursday schedule.

You’ll engage customers, showcase our product range, and help turn enquiries into sales while building lasting relationships. You’ll join a supportive team, receive ongoing training, and enjoy staff buying privileges as you develop product knowledge and sales skills in a dynamic

We're looking for a confident, customer-focused RetailTeam Member to join our Kitchen and Bathroom Showrooms Team at Mitre 10 MEGAWestgate. From stylish kitchen appliances and practical kitchensolutions to beautiful bathroom suites, you'll help our customers bring theirrenovation and makeover ideas to life — by understanding what they need,offering great advice, making thoughtful suggestions and confidentlyrecommending the right products.

This is a sales-focused showroom role, not a kitchendesign position. Your strength will be building customer relationships,recognising opportunities, showcasing our product range and delivering a greatexperience that turns enquiries into sales.

Previous retail sales experience is essential to success inthis role, and experience in kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, interiors,building products or a similar showroom environment will be highly regarded.

You don’t need to be a kitchen designer, but you do need theconfidence to sell, the curiosity to understand what customers are looking for,and the ability to recommend products that meet their needs.
