Point View School in Botany, Auckland, is seeking an outstanding Team Leader to guide a Year 5 teaching team from Term 1 2027. This Senior Syndicate role blends leadership with ongoing classroom practice and professional growth.

You will lead a collaborative team, foster high-quality teaching and learning, coach colleagues through the Professional Growth Cycle, and help embed our school culture and norms across the syndicate.

Point View School is a large, modern, and exceptionally well-resourced primary school in Botany . We are seeking an outstanding Scale A teacher and Team Leader to guide and empower one of our teaching teams from Term 1 2027.

As a Team Leader at Point View School, you will lead a collaborative team, foster high-quality teaching and learning, and coach colleagues through our Professional Growth Cycle. You will play a key role in embedding our school culture and guiding professional conversations using our team norms.
