Job summary

NZCL is seeking an energetic Team Leader for a Residential Home in Auckland. You will lead a caring team to help residents live as independently as possible while ensuring a safe, supportive environment.

Shifts include morning, afternoon and evening, with a focus on meaningful home and community activities. A NZ Driver License is required and training opportunities are provided to advance your leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in care or community support.
• Ability to tailor leadership style to individuals.
• Strong communication and empathy with diverse clients.

Responsibilities
