Job summary

Taranaki District Health Board is seeking Team Leaders in Nelson to lead teams in supporting people with intellectual and physical disabilities. Your role will emphasize building connections within the community and ensuring that individuals actively participate in community life. Candidates should hold a minimum NZ Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (Level 4) and ideally have experience in disability support.

The position offers a permanent full-time opportunity, working 80 hours per fortnight, with shifts mainly from Sunday to Thursday and Monday to Friday. Successful candidates will find a rewarding environment dedicated to improving lives.

Qualifications

• Minimum NZ Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (Level 4) or equivalent qualification.
• Experience working in the field of disability is an advantage.
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand is required.
