Job summary

Hōhepa Hawke’s Bay is seeking a dedicated team leader to supervise a small group of Support Workers within our community houses. You will work closely with the House Manager to support adults with intellectual disabilities and help them achieve their goals.

Strong leadership, communication, and empathy are essential, as is maintaining confidential records. This role offers a pathway toward a House Manager position, with mentoring from the House Manager and Service Manager.
