Job summary

Taranaki District Health Board is seeking Team Leaders in Nelson to lead teams in supporting people with intellectual and physical disabilities. Your role will emphasize building connections within the community and ensuring that individuals actively participate in community life. Candidates should hold a minimum NZ Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (Level 4) and ideally have experience in disability support.

The position offers a permanent full-time opportunity, working 80 hours per fortnight, with shifts mainly from Sunday to Thursday and Monday to Friday. Successful candidates will find a rewarding environment dedicated to improving lives.

About the Role

As a Team Leader, you will be leading teams working in community residential homeswith people who have intellectual andphysical disabilities.

We currently have permanent, full-time opportunitiesavailable working 8 0 hours per fortnight (1.0 FTE),Sunday toThursday 7.00AM to 3.30PM and Monday to Friday 7.00AM to 3.30PM. There is noon-call required.

We support people to manage their day to day lives in waysand at times that work for them. As a Team Leader, you will:
