This role provides leadership and oversight of administrative and accreditation support services to the Council’s Building Services team, and the Building Consent Authority (BCA). The Team Leader ensures the effective operation of Building Services and BCA administrative functions and leads a high-performing team delivering timely, accurate, and customer-focused services. The role balances statutory obligations with a strong service ethos and continuous improvement mindset. You have a natural ability to build positive relationships with key stakeholders whilst maintaining a high level of confidentiality. You thrive in a busy environment and proactively manage competing priorities. You’ll contribute to the team’s success through the following responsibilities:
